About Me

The Formal Bio:

I am an executive coach helping leaders to create and then lean into their future. This new future could be a bold vision and goals, improved performance, becoming a better leader, fostering a strong mindset or becoming inside-out confident.

Career snapshot:

  • In my early career, I was as a partner in a respected professional services firm, leading the management consulting division.
  • My more recent endeavours for a Fortune 500 company, saw me specialise in driving business improvements for top-tier leaders, taking the helm of an advisory group (overseeing 14 business units and a team of approximately 450 individuals) and culminated in a role as vice president of corporate strategy. Throughout this phase, I also had the privilege of coaching many of the firm’s top leaders.
  • I hold four degrees (I’m not planning to do any more!) – a bachelor’s degree in Business, a master’s degree in project management, an MBA and a master’s degree in coaching and behavioural change (with distinction).

Operating from the UK, my coaching extends its reach globally, I have recently worked with clients in  Canada, the US, the UK, the Netherlands, and Germany.

My clientele encompasses a wide spectrum, from C-suite and senior leaders to ambitious professionals on their ascent.

The Real Bio:

"I have been lonely as a leader, battled an inner critic, felt like an imposter and experienced times when I felt I had more to give".

Since my earliest memories, the realms of psychology, human dynamics, and performance improvement have captivated my curiosity. However, my formal journey into coaching truly ignited after a profound health incident involving a close family member. Observing the dedication of medical professionals as they nurtured and healed, I realised the power of directly impacting lives and resolved to dedicate myself to a similar mission. After, reflecting on my experience in business, my interest in people and psychology and having observed an amazing coach at work, I decided that coaching was how I would serve.

So I set out on a mission to become the best coach that I could be. This encompassed gaining professional qualifications, completing a Master's degree program, studying the practices of exceptional coaches, and most crucially, immersing myself in the art of coaching. In short, I coached - a lot.

Central to my coaching philosophy is the art of reshaping thought patterns. Like many, I've traversed times of rapid progression and encountered trials that necessitated combatting my own limiting beliefs. I have been lonely as a leader, battled an inner critic, felt like an imposter and experienced times when I felt I had more to give. I am work in progress too. My personal journey has equipped me with an authentic understanding of both success and struggle, anchoring my ability to catalyse meaningful transformation in the lives of those I serve.

...and a few other things...

1. I'm a chocoholic.

2. I'm an avid crossfitter - in part to address #1.

3. I enjoy painting in my spare time. If you are interested you can see some recent examples here.
